BELLE VUE BOOK AWARDS

Congratulations to all of our amazing authors, who recently completed their stories as part of our Belle Vue Book Awards for Term 3. I know all our students have been working hard during this term to complete their stories, working through the writing process from drafting, revising, editing and then publishing. Thank you to all of our parents/carers who came to our assembly on Monday and to celebrate the students’ literacy achievements. This is a celebration of all our authors, and I am very proud of the effort, persistence and resilience from our students this term in completing their stories. Congratulations to Lena – Grace (56), Yugo (34), Ariya (12) and Lenna (Prep) for winning the Belle Vue Book Awards for 2023.
BELLE VUE BUSH DANCE
What a truly amazing evening on Tuesday with our Belle Vue Bush Dance. It was truly wonderful to see the smiles and genuine enjoyment form everyone who participated, and I am sure your children loved sharing that experience with you. I spoke to the band during their pack down, and they also made specific mention of such a wonderful school community and that positive impression we made on them. Thank you to Leanne Anstee for organising this event for our community and providing another rich educational experience for our students and creating the time and space for our students to shine and enjoy this experience.
