This week in 1/2P we have been investigating the forces of push and pull. We conducted 2 experiments – making balloon rockets and constructing paper helicopters.
During our balloon rockets experiment we looked at how the air from the balloon can push against the air in our environment to make the balloon travel across the string. Our paper helicopter experiment showed us the impact that gravity has and how the air can push the paper to make it travel more slowly back to the ground.
